What are your customer service hours?

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time). We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Where is your store located?

We are currently an online-based brand, but we do offer delivery across Pakistan. Stay tuned for updates on physical outlets and pop-up locations.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also reach out to our support team for order updates.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only deliver within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our services internationally very soon.
